CLARITY METALS ENGAGES INTEGRAL WEALTH FOR MARKET MAKING SERVICES

Vancouver, B.C. – June 5, 2024, Clarity Metals Corp. (“Clarity” or the “Company”) (CSE: CMET, OTC: CLGCF, FSE: 27G0) announces that it has engaged Integral Wealth Securities Limited (“Integral”) to provide market making services to the Company for a minimum term of three (3) months, following which the Company may terminate the arrangement on thirty (30) days’ notice. In consideration for Integral’s assistance in maintaining an orderly market and improving the liquidity of the Company’s common shares (collectively, the “Services”), Clarity has agreement to pay Integral a cash fee of $6,000 per month. The Company has also agreed to cover all reasonable costs and expenses incurred in connection with the performance by Integral of the Services. Established in 2003, Integral is a private Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization licensed investment dealer headquartered in Toronto, with eight offices including Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary and Nanaimo.
